A gents hostel located at Kakkanad with all modern fascilities is ideal for professionals, students and working men who would like to stay at Kakkanad. Khadhheja Tower, our building is facing Civil Line road Kakkanad and has bus stop in front. Our hostel is near to Kakkanad colloctrate, Infopark, NGO Quarterz etc.

We have rooms with 2,3, and 4 sharing basis at reasonable rate. Monthly rent of 2 sharing bed is Rs. 3500 and 3/4 sharing bed costs Rs. 3000 and Rs. 2500 respectively.

Uninterrupted power supply is there with direct lines from local feeder and in case of emergancy we have generator backup too.
